Comments : My first dog for my 10th birthday was a standard dachshund, "Baron". Since then I have had 6 Dalmatians, a great Dane and a few mixed breeds. Now I am looking for a dog that is a bit less active. A Dachshund seems perfect again.

Searching for someone who breeds and sells Standard B & T Pups. Had Dachshunds since I was 7 years old till my 40's when I had to sadly put my last girl down due to her ill health at age 12. Now I am 66 and although I have owned other dogs the Dachsies have always been my first love, I am hoping to be able to get another Black and Tan Girl but am finding it hard to find a reputable breeder who is aware of the back problems these dogs can have. I have lost a couple of my girls with this over the years due to dodgy breeding and am very wary now. Good luck to you and your dogs and I will keep an eye on your site in the future for a possible pup. You seem to be careful with your breeding and that's important.

Comments : Hi Lois, ten years ago you gave me and my family an opportunity to owned one of your breed, since then i'll never forget you. Gerry is one of the member of our family since then ...he is the pet that you really really love and treat as one of our family. To be honest with you i will never get nor would like to own any other breed of dog except a dacshund. Dacshund is a very good for a family especially if you have children a good watch dog and very protective. Thank's a lot Lois. Gary
