Part of an email from Lauren about her Remy son Hugo.
Hugo is now a trained, licenced ‘Critical Support Dog’ with ‘Disability Aid Dogs’. He often accompanies me to appointments and the shops. When he has his vest on, he goes into work mode and is calm. He’ll sit on my lap quietly as he was taught to do. People, especially the elderly and disabled, love to give him a pat.
